About Tyler Walton

Thanks for checking out my Zillow page! My core business values are as follows: 1. I will always tell you the truth, which is that there are opportunities and drawbacks to transacting real estate in any given market condition and any given property. 2. I believe that, for most people, owning real estate is the single best way to build wealth and achieve financial freedom, and we are here to partner with you in that journey, whether buying or selling now, or in the future. 3. Every client gets 110% effort every time. Every listing, regardless of price point deserves the same marketing, attention and exposure. Every buyer, regardless of price point, deserves A+ service and disclosure. 4. I never need the commission check more than your best interests. We always manage our personal finances in such a way that all of our deals could terminate at any given time and financially we are fine (but sad for our clients!). As associate brokers, we have a combined 15+ years of experience in the industry. We own rental properties, an Airbnb, and completely remodeled the house in which we live. This experience plus knowledge gained from over 300 combined transactions helps us help you in the best possible way. I am also a licensed CPA so you could call me a numbers nerd (haha), but I hung up that hat to pursue real estate full time in late 2017. When we’re not selling real estate, you can find us paddle boarding, glamping, enjoying good food, petting our two cats, or hiking with our dogs Truman, Oliver, and Vesper (yeah, we have to vacuum our house A LOT), and spending time with our sweet 2 year old toddler. Please check out our reviews to see why so many people have put their trust in us help achieve their goals and feel free to contact us anytime!
